The weather in the southeast is KILLING ME!

    by pmcnealy » Mon Oct 16, 2017 4:52 pm

Ever since Irma, its been windy and BIG out there. I was able to get out last weekend, but was met with chocolate brown water. :(

Hopefully the wind will die-down soon, and the Lake Okeechobee discharges will taper-off...

Anybody able to get out, recently?

My boat lives on the West coast and I spent most of the month of September there. Pre-Irma, lots of bait and caught fish inshore. Post-Irma, no bait in the bays, windy, and very few fish. Plan on going back next weekend. Thanks for starting this board. Just wish we could get more people interested.

    Sonny,

We're seeing the same thing here. Hopefully we'll see a turn, soon.

As far as the forum, you're welcome. She's still pretty young, so it may take a while to get enough members to keep the conversations flowing. Give it a little more time...

Thanks for being a part of the group!
