Anybody here have a 20 sport with a 150 4-stroke? If so, what prop diameter and pitch are you running? Currently getting less than ideal performance with my Suzuki 150 and 3x16x20 prop. Thanks in advance!

Go to PropGods.com and get up with Ken. He will ask a lot of questions but will then give you some good ideas on what will work best.

With 2 people onboard lightly loaded and 3/4 tank of gas I'm getting 37mph at right over 5k rpm. Spec for that hull from proline with 150 hp is around 43mph and the suzuki should be able to rev up to 6k max but i'm not getting there.

It sounds to me like you need a less aggressive prop.

I have a 24 center console with a Suzuki DF250, with a 3x16x18.5. My top end is about 45MPH @5500RPM.

Where are you located? If your on the treasure coast, maybe we can meet-up and do a test...
